**Position: Operational Crew Member**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Rigging and installing stretch tents at various locations.
- Setting up tents in all weather conditions, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Assisting with the safe and efficient transportation of equipment to and from event sites.
**Requirements:**
- Physical fitness and strength are essential as the job involves manual labor.
- A passion for working outdoors, regardless of the weather conditions.
- A driver’s license is highly desirable, and the ability to drive a van is a definite plus.
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training to all new crew members.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork and excellence.
